Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AI video generator at competitivegujarat.in, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users including free-tier accounts, paid subscribers, and API integrators. Use of the platform constitutes binding acceptance.

Permitted Use

You may use the platform to generate, edit, and export videos for personal or commercial purposes within the limits of your subscription plan. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling platform access is prohibited.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content of prompts, scripts, and uploaded media. Do not submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property, contains hate speech, or violates applicable Indian law.

Competitivegujarat.in reserves the right to suspend accounts found generating content that violates these terms, without prior notice and without refund.

Intellectual Property

Videos generated on paid plans are owned by the user upon export, subject to the platform's commercial licence terms. The underlying AI models, templates, and platform code remain the exclusive property of Competitive Gujarat.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. Competitive Gujarat makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI outputs, or fitness for a specific commercial purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Competitive Gujarat's liability for any claim arising from platform use is capped at the amount paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party stock media libraries, voiceover APIs, and social publishing tools. Competitive Gujarat is not responsible for the terms, availability, or content of those third-party services.

Security

We use TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for stored project files. Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and confidential.

Your Rights

Under applicable Indian data protection regulations, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting info@competitivegujarat.in.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance.
